I don't have any hopes for their games being good anymore. Since I'm Polish this assessment is automatically correct.

But, I really recommend the video I linked in my other comment. Not only for the ESG talk itself, but how completely corporate it all is. They guy even blatantly states that they are doing it for the investors.

Passion for games in that studio is evaporating with every passing minute and is being replaced with bullshit.

I don't follow them so it very well could be the case, I just don't know. I trust your judgement as a friend, but it doesn't stop me from hoping that they can still make good games. Cyberpunk had a disastrous release, but it is just a single data point from which it is impossible to extrapolate a trend, and as such I am very curious which direction their next game will take. Given how it will likely be the Witcher 1 remake, which is something I hold very dear, I can only wish that it turns out well.

But I will admit that the video you linked is alarming.

:marseyshrug: Well, I won't say you have to go doomermode on this (yet), Phantom Liberty released last year and was well received and Cyberpunk as a whole is apparently good now, so who knows how it goes. I'm not a prophet.

The remake will be the sign of how things may unfold, nothing else to do than wait and see. Personally I have no interests in playing it though, the original Eurojank version is the only one I ever need.

One thing I can prophesize is that they are 100% removing the s*x cards.
