It was before that. Miranda was just a waifu milestone.

Y'all neighbors ever read Awkward Zombie, the vidya webcomic made by Jeff Tiedrich's daughter? It had several comics seething at Miranda and about wanting her dead. Someone was jelly.

>Jeff Tiedrich's

Isn't that the Trump reply guy with the worst case of TDS ever recorded?

Yes, he's the "this is a Wendy's" guy. His daughter is an engineer who's been making a vidya webcomic for 15 years now.

It was a different time. I'm replaying it now and keep wondering how this was allowed.

People were laughing about the butt shots even back then

Idk how Miranda was responsible when her story was kinda boring.

It's Tali and Garrus who spent the whole game on their knees ready to suck off Shephard because he's the best and so cool and great at everything. I think the writers included hints that Tali was gooning to MaleShep in her suit.

I always found her face off-putting.

It was a baffling miss tbh. A huge number of dragon age fans are fanfiction loving fangirls who would have excused the dogshit story, writing, world presentation, etc if only they made a bunch of hot romances

The fact that failed on this is so bizarre, manging to alienate both the Origins loving chuds and the fangirls similatniously.

I don't think even the foids want the nonbynari fugly character. They probably want dark brooding sexy men and vampires, or s*x vampire men, or sexy werewolf men, i might be projecting with the last one though

Yeah, the favorites are the hot characters from ME2 and DA2... And Solas for some reason.

There characters in veilguard are not only mostly ugly, but have awful personalities

Solas was a tragic romance, and it was all very non sexually explicit, which is maybe why so many women loved it. I know I liked it back in the day. Solas is no Alistair but he came in close.

Also the gay guy from inquisition was a good romance. Never bothered with the other ones.

The romances in inquisition were okay. It's a shame that the main plot is horrendous and actually replaying that grindy butt game is a literal chore.

Still, I don't think those characters are nearly as popular as emo boy Fernis or terrorist Anders

Anders was popular? I remember reluctantly romancing Fenris (I didn't want to initially because he was a manlet, but Anders really sucked)

I remember seeing polls where he was quite popular, ofc this was like 10 yrs ago. Maybe people think hes an edgy cringelord now
