But for real i can't explain it either unless they had many people for stuff like.. translating voice acting to 50 different languages. Ok i checked one result. Butt creed origins had 8 voice acted languages and about 15+ subtitled. So if we consider 10 voice actors per language, that's 80 voice actors per game..
Yeah that's nowhere near enough to reach 20k. Maybe they have a bunch of white women in HR?

AAA games all have a ton of work outsourced. Ubisoft does it all internally so they have a bunch of studios that exist purely to do grunt work for the real studios.
