Well lol last game I ran on a PC lower than minimal specs was Jedi survivor
Ran on 1060 6gb laptop
Stable 30-35 fps no freezing fps drops
More stable than Arkham city on 3080 desktop
And survivor supposed to be one of the worst PC ports ever

I think the general impression is that it was neat but inferior to the original gameplaywise, the mechanics ported over from MGS2 felt tacked on and never meshed too well with the base game.
Also the wire-fu cutscenes are too r-slurred, even for MGS.
