Me: dude you sure ? We just bought monster hunter to play together and we played the game for only 2 hours and did 2 missions together (monster hunter mp design is trash outside end game).
He: we are going to play it 100% together later today.
Later today he wrote: oh shit I am tired let's play it Sunday.
It's like 6th game straight I got to play with him and for one or another reason we didn't played. But this time I was prepared so before getting the game I asked his sis if she is going to play with me 
She is terminal online has like 5000 hours in Fortnite and 5000+ hours in gta online

Me and my friend are the same way, except we alternate who bails on who. That way we can talk indefinitely about the games we're going to play together without having to ever play anything, and there's no resentment.
