Emulation is honestly just all u need tbh, can play it on phones and PC (save data between the two, always have your phone with you) can emulate switch games on PC with tweaks, and from any console in the world, and you can use any controller you'd like.

Emulation is a trash way to play games and you are a brainless idiot for thinking otherwise. You can't get the full experience of playing a game on a phone or PC, and you are always at the mercy of your internet connection. Plus, you can't use any controller you'd like, you are limited to whatever the emulator supports.

Internet connection? It's fully offline. And yes, you can use just about any controller you'd like! Any controller which works on your OS works on emulators. Which is most, and you can almost certainly use the controller that was originally designed for the game you're emulating. And I agree, original hardware is the best way to play games usually. However it's not always viable, I mean I own a GameCube just to play Pikmin and Super Monkey Ball, but what if you don't want to buy a CRT tv, GameCube, the game, and controllers? Your next best option is undoubtedly emulating. Also it's really easy to plug a PC into a TV, so I don't really get how you're not getting the "full experience", I mean you can do just about anything with a PC.
