The mainline numbered ones are normally pretty straight-forward, sometimes with an added ability while the xx.x numbered ones (this one is 18.5) are more deviations from the norm. Some examples of the . numbered ones are Shoot the Bullet (9.5) and Double Dealing Spoiler (12.5) where the goal is to take pictures of bullets coming at you, or (my favorite) Impossible Spellcard (14.3) where you only fight unique bosses and can equip items.
