"Vaccine" literally doesn't appear in the article or in the referenced paper at all. It also just talks a bunch about Indian kids getting sick.
None of these say what you claim they say. Pfizer's own optimistic numbers puts it at like 40 something percent effective nowadays. It's actually somewhere between 0 and 20% effective at preventing infection after 5 months. (the study authors here took out testing done pre-travel and upon arrival since apparently rates were so high among vaccinated people that it showed 0% overall effectiveness, so the real number is probably somewhere in between).
You also don't need to be a genius to look at places like Singapore and Israel and realise the vaccines don't stop spread by any meaningful amount. I know Singapore also has a whole bunch of restrictions on unvaccinated people as well. Not sure where Israel is currently at with its restrictions, though I imagine it's bad seeing as they're calling double dosed people unvaccinated now lmao.
There was also an analysis fairly recently that didn't find any meaningful trend between vaccination rates and case numbers across a bunch of countries and US counties.
Don't ree preprint me but there was also another study that found vaccinated people are able to spread delta practically as easily as unvaccinated after just a few months. (see figure 1).

And we already knew that most cases are asymptomatic and that asymptomatic spread is rare. That was already true before the vaccines. So there's no evidence that the vaccine meaningfully reduces spread in symptomatic people, and no evidence that it reduces spread in asymptomatic people. There's also only limited evidence that it makes vaccinated people more likely to be asymptomatic.
And ultimately none of that even fricking matters because we are already seeing places with very high vaccination rates set new records for case numbers. So whatever any of these studies even says, we already know that spread among vaccinated people is significant.
There's also a very good chance that you, like most people, are significantly overestimating the typical severity of COVID.
