He's been trying really hard to get the plaintiff to testify. Because the plaintiff is the state of Wisconsin, so if the state of Wisconsin can't physically sit at the witness stand and answer his questions, the case has to be dismissed. He's been asking almost every witness who the plaintiff is, if they're an injured party, and if they've ever met the state of Wisconsin.
