BACKSTORY
Back in 2014, the furry convention Midwest Furfest was subjected to an intentional chlorine leak which hospitalized 17 congoers. They never caught who carried out this dastardly act, although the prime suspect is the infamous confederate Nazifur chud who appears in a lot of cringe compilations, so you probably recognize his suit.
The incident itself isn't why this event is remembered however, but rather the reaction of the media. When the MSM covered this horrible domestic terrorist attack on American soil, instead of sympathizing with the victims, they used the opportunity to mercilessly dunk on the furries involved - most of all NBC of all stations, whom had one of the presenters having to leave the set due to breaking out into hysterics at the whole situation. This 90 second clip still gets constantly reposted on Reddit to this day, and it yet again hit /r/all today.
What's surprising about it this time though is the reaction of the Redditors in the comments. The general consensus seems to be to join in on the fursecution, with seething furries crying about how this super duper sewious attack isn't something to laugh about - and getting downmarseyd and mocked in response. I'm honestly shocked at the whole thread sentiment, especially given that this is current year Reddit and I expected them to be screaming "let people enjoy things" or something. Maybe there's still some hope for the future after all.

I'm a lingerie degenerate (to be clear, I like to see women in lingerie, not dress up in lingerie myself) so I feel like I need to support furry degeneracy because it isn't too far removed from my own kinks. Only real difference is that I like the outfits my b-words are wearing to be see-through and they like their b-words to be fur-covered and maybe take the b-word part a little too literally.

You know, technically this is considered a "catsuit." I'm not saying that I'm into Taylor Swift or anything crazy like that, but I'd still be turned on by this outfit if it came with cat ears and a tail.

You could have just gone with any actress in a Catwoman suit

I have a thing for Taylor Swift because I know that I'll never get to have her (and I wouldn't want to sleep with her anyway because she's dangerous). Still wouldn't mind seeing her naked though.
Besides, she's rdrama's former mascot, so it makes sense to throw her in as an example whenever possible

Dressing up in clothing meant to make women look sexy is in no way related to dressing up as a cartoon animal lmao. But you've already admitted that your RPs get a lot more complex than lacy panties. Methinks you're downplaying the scale of things in an attempt at sympathy.

You're right, I'm actually more into lacy stockings. Please don't kinkshame, I can't help what I'm attracted to!
