In the middle of reading through this, but could you track down the 5'0" foid who "violently r*ped" him on a cruise ship? It's an interesting piece of the lore that I always struggle to place within the timeline as it's not one of his wives, but it's before he
ed out.
Biggest revelation:
I have major depressive disorder, social anxiety, agoraphobia, and PTSD β all directly attributable to my r*pe and other violence I experienced from another woman, which triggered a complete breakdown. I retired five years ago when that happened β not because I was 6, but because I dissolve into a mass of twitches and dread at the thought of going out of my house.
This puts the r*pe and his "retirement" to around 2010. Also this tiny little foid has done more to torture and destroy Bardfinn than hundreds of dramatards and "identity extremist terrorists" over the years.

Done a deep dive on this event and he seems to embellish some of it as time goes on and some of the details change. But it seems to have taken place in 2003 when he was still in work.
He also refers to his arrest in some of the comments, claiming he was a victim of abuse and his wife (second wife presumably) had bruised herself and then accused him of it. It was this second bout of abuse that sent him into a depression along with the r*pe.

The cruise claim was one that I was interested in. His story is that he was invited on the cruise free by a GF because a family member (sister?) was getting married on the cruise. Steve claims that he did take a card that had money on it for drinks, etc... and that the GF spent all of the money on his card, then r*ped him in the cabin and then made him sleep outside the cabin on deck chairs for the rest of the cruise and threatened to claim that he r*ped her and hand him over to authorities in another country.
My translation of this is that he probably went on a cruise, got mad that the GF had spent some of the money on the card he took for that purpose, tried to get aggressive with her in the cabin...probably a, "If you are going to spend my money the least you can do is frick me the way I want to be fricked" and she threw him out of the cabin, but didn't want to make a scene because it was a wedding celebration.
