Briefcases are horribly unergonomic. They're not suited for being out and about. So it's reasonable to not wear one. Yes I know, the looks. Meanwhile the best briefcases are probably pilot cases. Pilots need lots of space for random personal stuff.
Combining these two: Outfit should be either TMNT shirt w/ respectable briefcase OR Pilot suit w/backpack.
