I disagree. The victim was arrested in front of his family. He was suspended from university. Even if he was reinstated (which the article does not state) he likely has to go back for an extra semester due to course requirements. That probably cost him a significant amount of money and his reputation was destroyed, even if only temporarily. She was convicted of harassment but there is clearly an element of fraudulent conduct here and the common law takes fraud more seriously than just about anything else.
If anything she got off easy, she should go away for at least a year for destroying this poor moids life
