the yba staff team has a literal quota to go by (that uzu decides) so if that were true i'd be demoted by now
How can we implement this quota on rdrama.net?
i also do more work that goes unpaid, such as accounting every mod action done by the staff team at the end of each month to divvy out their mod pay and make sure that everyone met the quota, and if not then i report it to uzu so that he can handle it
They literally make more than 99% of Reddit jannies and this is a FAN MADE ROBLOX GAME even if that pay is literally gum.
