Joshua Ryne Goldberg (born May 14, 1995) is an American internet troll,[1] convicted of attempting a bombing on the 14th anniversary of the September 11 attacks[2] while posing as an Islamic terrorist affiliated with ISIS.[3][4][5]
Goldberg had many online identities and spent virtually all of his time on the internet.[7] In addition to promoting terrorism, he made thousands of troll posts advocating for liberal feminism, neo-Nazism, and other ideologies.

I am not a felon -- my conviction was vacated by the court. It, legally, is as if it never happened in the first place. After the Linkedin v. HiQ decision in the 9th, the CFAA has largely relatively reformed and it I doubt the government will ever charge anyone with visiting a public website ever again, but you never know.

If you've ever interacted with a paranoid schizophrenic, they are like Terry Davis, they are generally not able to have normal conversations. My objection to Jewish pornographers and financiers is not a schizophrenic delusion. I would like to motivate them to change their behavior, in a similar vein that the Hep Hep Riots lead to the Rabbi Zunz publishing the Judenubel guide. Nor am I a drug addict -- I was on bail and regularly drug tested for many years, never once did I test positive for drugs. The government would be eager to revoke my bail if I did so. They even tried to do so, though under alleged concern for my health. While I was on bail there was a court hearing with the government asserting I intended to kill myself. I said I had no desire to kill myself and that it was retaliation for daring to fight an unjust case. I also had a psychiatrist assert that I was showing no signs of suicidal behavior or intent, I'm wondering where the government came up with this. Anyways, point being, I am neither crazy nor a drug addict. As to whether I have a Jewish great-great grandparent, that is subject to dispute. My mother claims so, but without evidence. Even if it were true, it would not make me a Jew. There has never been a Rabbi named Auernheimer in all of history. There is also no synagogue in Auernheim, Germany.

I was never a dope fiend. I do miss hydromorphone though, would do it again especially with some llelo in the syringe. But I mostly like drugs with a short duration. Crack, ketamine, hydromorphone. I always got kids and responsibilities and shit to do. I am not trying to be fricked up for several hours at a time.

I stand corrected. I should have said "excons", it's more interesting to me that you both have been through the federal penitentiary system and generally treated like enemies of the state. I am glad your case brought eyes to how liberally the CFAA can be applied.

Dunno in what way I didn't come back from prison -- my post-prison trolling was more widely and aggressively covered than my pre-prison work, and even a historically precedent setting federal appeals case which continues to be the basis for tearing holes in other federal indictments. I never did wagie jobs anyways I guess, so my prison bid did not change the way I live my life at all.

AT&T didn't bring the case. AT&T didn't even want the case tried, thought it was ridiculous and said, I quote "no security was bypassed. I don't think they [the feds] have a case." They lobbied in private trying to get the feds to drop the case. The feds ignored them.
