If middle class people cant afford to buy in the middle class neighborhoods they gentrify rhe poor ones. If a bunch of middle class homes are turned into rentals and the immigrants are getting rent assitance the rebt goes up across the board jacking up the value of rentals in middle class neighborhoods. All houses in that neighborhood go up in value/vost proportionately.

Housing prices increase with demand because of supply restrictions caused by old white people.
High skilled immigrants increase native wages & employment. Low skilled immigrants have no impact on native wages, they complete with other immigrants for jobs.

supply/demand ratio is how all prices end up being determined in the market.
if resteictions stay the same/supply stays the same butt immigration goes up then prices will go up. Building more houses is a solution to the problem, butt that doesnt mean that increased demand from more people needing housing is definitely a massive/main factor and youre dumb for suggesting otherwise.
