A) these numbers are pretty typical for entry level engineers with a BS, outside of VHCOL areas, and no experience in the job market outside of internships. They're definitely not the best in the business, but they're competitive vs other companies.
B) the Biden administration laws currently in place require H1Bs to have the same salary as an American employed in the same position. The way you currently exploit H1Bs is to have them work ridiculous amounts of overtime and pass over them for promotions, since H1B transfers require an employer to offer the position to the H1B. The chud Xeeter and his r-slur sycophants don't understand this, though.
