This shit makes me laugh. I tell freelancers that contracts don't mean shit if the dude is in another country, and they tell me in so many words that it's never happened to them and surely it would never happen once they show the contract to the client and bend him to the freelancer's will. This guy not only thought his stupid contract would hold an international client's feet to the fire, but also took a shitty equity deal full of red flags. hahahaha
