Back in my day they didn't frick around. One of my earliest memories is I was 5 years old and getting my vaccinations before going to kindergarten. (Back then everyone did this and it wasn't some big fricking controversy.) So they're trying to get me to take the oral polio vaccine and I'm fighting them. So they jab me in the shoulder with a needle for the other vaccines and as I'm shocked and turn to look, the other nurse squeezes the polio vaccine into my mouth. I've been fighting the health care system since before any of you were born.
As for bedtime, sometimes my mom would let me lay on top of her and watch TV past my normal bedtime, sometimes even to see Nightline. One time she did this and fell asleep and I'm like "OMG this is the fricking jackpot! I'm asleep past my bedtime! All I have to do is keep really still and just listen to Ted Koppel and I'm getting away with something! But then she wakes up and asks if I'm asleep. I think of a clever ruse. I say "Yes". For some reason she doesn't believe me.

I liked polio shots cause the doctor used to give me something after it, usually small plastic toys.
I remember being fairly disappointed when my mother told me we wouldn't be going again after last time. Had a football shaped whistle from there for a long time.

It was all the vaccines I think but the polio program was advertised prominently everywhere inside so that's what I think of when I remember that clinic. And yeah there's inactivated polio vaccine boosters. I think they continue till like 5-6

You want to know what my #1 reason for hating Pakistanis is? Beyond sheltering Osama Bin-Laden and getting pissed off that we killed him, beyond the genocide (except worse because they made sure to r*pe) in Bangladesh, sending terrorists into India to just murder people at random, being so hypocritical claiming they're allies?
When we killed that bastard and threw the chunks of him into ocean for the fish, the Pakistanis got mad at us. There was absolutely no shame. Either on a moral level (apparently doesn't exist there) or even just shame that they're so fricking incompetent they couldn't find him.
Anyway, beyond that, my #1 reason for hating Pakistanis is the polio thing. The CIA had this program where their guys were going around vaccinating people because they needed an excuse to knock on the on door of the Abottabad compound. Now normally you expect parents to care for their children. To do anything for their children. This isn't a human thing, it's not even a mammal thing, it goes back before that. Who puts their kids first? I see this accusation I see over the world, "their nation/race/whatever doesn't love their children". Usually I just laugh because that's crazy. Every animal has an instinct to protect its offspring.
The ducks do.
The dogs do.
The cats do.
But after Osama got killed the Pakistanis decided that they won't vaccinate their kids. Now sit there and think about this for a second. They're choosing to risk their kid getting polio because Osama Bin Laden's rights as a guest are more important. Look, I'm not putting them into a category here. That's for zoologists to do.

I used to pretend to be asleep when we arrived at home after driving at night. Idk why. But my parents would open the door and say "alright time to wake up!" And I'd keep my eyes closed. But I'd be moving my eyes around underneath, which is ofc very easy to see even with eyes closed haha. And I'd always be like "how do they know I'm awake???"

i think biggest tell is breathing. during sleep like u breathe at a constant pace very slowly and breath is held brefore being released. Also its diaphgram breathing, so stomach will rise a bit.
its obvious intuitively someone is fake sleeping with breathing even though its not like a conscious thought by the observer, its more like that dude doesn't look like he is asleep.
