Diversity politics is bad because it creates a separate incentive system from merit that directly competes with merit. It's not initially bad but as people gain power due to DEI they inevitably favor whatever system keeps them in power and elevated themselves. Since they cannot do this by merit they do it by actively growing DEI. Blah blah blah i could do a page of it.
