I don't know your exact age but I do know you have at least 30 years before you retire. What the frick are you even talking about? You should probably be in almost all equity (I don't know your exact situation) and let that 401k fricking rip dude.

Your time horizon is so fricking far away this volatility is good for you. If shit drops for four years, like you're implying, that just means you're investing for cheaper and getting a better deal. If shit drops you should be doubling down on throwing money into the market.

Holy frick why anyone sub 60 years old is this concerned about the market just shows how illiterate the general population is on the subject.
