Its kind of funny. Runescape 3 had a new quest somewhere in early 2010s where there was an alien species that could change genders and one of the NPCs was one that had become a foid that way. This was revealed in optional dialogue iirc not even relevant to the quest. That caused a lot of spergery. There was an old quest from the 2000s otoh where the player himself had to go to a wizard who'd change their gender to proceed in the quest. Obv I wasn't around back then but I doubt it inspired much rage.

Its not a race thing. Nobody would care about Asian, South-American, Indian or Arab or whatever scientist. There is only one group that is known for only three things: 1) Causing 90%+ violent crime in every country they exist 2) average IQ lower than down syndrome 3) Objectively ugly and disgusting to look at aesthetically.
