That last one is just bait, because the accepted typology has always been that the Church is the bride of Christ. As for the lovers with John and Mary, this is just mashing together two old theories that (1) Jesus was married to Mary of Magdala and (2) the 'beloved disciple' means they were lovers. If you're older than ten years old you'll hear all kinds of crap from liberal 'Christians' so this shouldn't be shocking or surprising to anyone.
