automated ban bots have always been r-slurred, but they're an even worse idea now that reddit is 50% of the hits you get from internet searches

if you look up a topic and see a reddit post about it and feel like commenting on it -- to agree or disagree or simply learn more -- and some janny has deemed it wrongthing, you're banned from another mainstream subreddit that you would actually frequent on your own

Reddit hits were good when reddit was filled with niche content, now I find doing -reddit provides more useful results, reddit answers are wrong, shallow or useless
