How would you enforce this. I mean like what if somebody didn't know this and they had like 50000 generated images.

As r-slurred as rightoids are (I imagine this is rightoided), and as much as I believe ALL drawings should be protected free speech, even loli, AI and controlnet make that kinda difficult.

With AI, you can run your collection of CSAM through it, change all the faces, or "AI-tize it", so that they're now "AI" images, and totally not real CSAM.

This bill STILL makes things kinda complicated: does this mean anime loli is legal, but genned anime loli is illegal? How much 'AI' in an image will make it illegal? What constitutes CSAM in a completely fake image (namely, how do you specify the age of someone who doesn't exist)? I'm sure reading about this bill would elucidate some things, but I'm not a paedo or Texan, so I dgaf. If this kind of thing means the death of loli, though, so be it.

Also, the cops will have a much harder time tracking down real CP due to all the AI-gen stuff. At least that's the biggest argument I've heard. On the flip-side AI-gen's might actually end up dramatically reducing CP-demand, since it's exponentially cheaper to procure/produce, compared to anything real. Libertarians may deserve the woodchipper but they will surely still take the path of least resistance.

Or maybe it will just encourage them, who knows?

Did violence go up or down with release of GTA games.

Did r*pes go up or down in countries with more porn consumption.

There is your answer.

I've always had an r-slured idea: register paedophiles and give them pornography.

It's probably terrible because 1) all the pornography is never enough, 2) giving them pornography probably isn't a good idea in the first place, 3) it's disrespectful to the victims who want that shit deleted from existence in the first place, and 4) leaking that db would mean a buncha ideally no-harm paedos stupid enough to trust the government would now be on a hit-list.

But still I always think of it as an option. Is it an option? Or is it obviously too r-slurred?

Yeah, but now my tax dollars are going to underage real dolls?

I'm starting to see why 'kill all paedos and hope for the best' really is just the simplest decision.

I mean, let them buy it. :marseyindignant:

1) all the pornography is never enough

A noticeable minority of the population is dying without touching a real woman watching porn instead.

2) giving them pornography probably isn't a good idea in the first place

For straight people it is a bad idea because it makes them less likely to approach real women. With libertarians that is not an issue.

3) it's disrespectful to the victims who want that shit deleted from existence in the first place

AI generated porn solves this problem.

4) leaking that db would mean a buncha ideally no-harm paedos stupid enough to trust the government would now be on a hit-list.

...i got nothing for this one.
