I assume Banning loli content makes libertarians more likely to molest children rather than less, taking into account that every country that is far more degenerate appears to have far lower rates of r*pes ( or was that false data? )

In conclusion:

If the correlation holds then moral strags would rather real children get molested than to feel like they are letting bad faith actors get away with it in terms of far lower crimes.

Isn't that an excuse a lot of "maps" (libertarian) people use? Except they also go further into talking of child audio roleplay r*pe content and even how realistic looking images to child porn itself being legal leads to less crimes

I'm sure the only variable that varies between Japan and the West that would be relevant for molestation rates is whether loli porn is legal :marseyclueless:

Jump in the discussion.

I would presume it to be one of the primary variables yes. Japan has blurry porn and they were legally allowed to have old men having s*x with teenage girls for far longer than America. So far the correlation is holding up.

Sorry moral Karen. You helped get more kids get molested because you couldn't handle the idea of letting some libertarian loser jerk off to drawings and get away with it.

As r-slurred as rightoids are (I imagine this is rightoided), and as much as I believe ALL drawings should be protected free speech, even loli, AI and controlnet make that kinda difficult.

With AI, you can run your collection of CSAM through it, change all the faces, or "AI-tize it", so that they're now "AI" images, and totally not real CSAM.

This bill STILL makes things kinda complicated: does this mean anime loli is legal, but genned anime loli is illegal? How much 'AI' in an image will make it illegal? What constitutes CSAM in a completely fake image (namely, how do you specify the age of someone who doesn't exist)? I'm sure reading about this bill would elucidate some things, but I'm not a paedo or Texan, so I dgaf. If this kind of thing means the death of loli, though, so be it.

Also, the cops will have a much harder time tracking down real CP due to all the AI-gen stuff. At least that's the biggest argument I've heard. On the flip-side AI-gen's might actually end up dramatically reducing CP-demand, since it's exponentially cheaper to procure/produce, compared to anything real. Libertarians may deserve the woodchipper but they will surely still take the path of least resistance.

I've always had an r-slured idea: register paedophiles and give them pornography.

It's probably terrible because 1) all the pornography is never enough, 2) giving them pornography probably isn't a good idea in the first place, 3) it's disrespectful to the victims who want that shit deleted from existence in the first place, and 4) leaking that db would mean a buncha ideally no-harm paedos stupid enough to trust the government would now be on a hit-list.

But still I always think of it as an option. Is it an option? Or is it obviously too r-slurred?

1) all the pornography is never enough

A noticeable minority of the population is dying without touching a real woman watching porn instead.

2) giving them pornography probably isn't a good idea in the first place

For straight people it is a bad idea because it makes them less likely to approach real women. With libertarians that is not an issue.

3) it's disrespectful to the victims who want that shit deleted from existence in the first place

AI generated porn solves this problem.

4) leaking that db would mean a buncha ideally no-harm paedos stupid enough to trust the government would now be on a hit-list.

I do not know the difference between AI CP, CP, and lolishit.

I am assuming the difference is :

AI CP - real looking vids generated by AI. ( I am against )

CP - Real vids of kids getting molested ( I am against )

Lolishit - cartoon kids getting molested ( I am okay with and don't care about )

I didn't read it tbh. IMO if it's trained on CP then it's reasonable to call the outputs CP. But banning AI generated megumins is silly.

Jump in the discussion.

No email address required.

tbh i dont think the ai generated images should be considered cp but rather the fact that it was trained with cp should be enough to have those bytes purged with a magnet.

and i think this is a transitive thing, so you cant train a model on images that were generated by a model that was trained on cp, and every permutation of that.

although that does mean that if existing ai gen sites end up getting some of that cp taint on them, they'll have to purge the model and start again. which i'm fine with :)

I've posted stuff in relation to this before:

https://rdrama.net/post/287781/e621-bans-explicit-young-human-content/6765014#context

There was a 2002 supreme court case that basically said the state can't do what texas did (because technically it could ban stuff like Romeo and Juliet), but in 2003 the federal gov passed a law making digital depictions of real kids illegal (no challenges to that yet). AFAIK no one has ever gotten prosecuted specifically for this though, even though Shadman did actually do that (with keemstars kid IIRC).

This law will probably never be used, I find it interesting because I was in the Art section of my library and I found a Van Gogh(?) collected sketches and some of them were just naked kids, Does that count as CP? What about the book Lolita? or kubriks movie? isn't there like 1-2 bible passages that have kid r*pe? idk. :#marseybutt: <- how old is this marsey btw

also side note it's funny asking LLMs about this because they will start providing answers, but then usually delete the chat after they finish, even if you are specifically asking about the cases involved.

Except Null and Kiwi Farms are actively celebrating this law and is fully in favor if outlawing loli/shota content. In fact, several users in the "Lolicon and Shotacon Defenders" thread believe that any anime with fanservice should be classified as CSAM.

Null and Kiwi Farms have not believed in free speech in years, if ever, and this issue goes far beyond lolicon/shotacon. If you want to see how much Kiwi Farms believes in free speech, try giving Null weight loss advice, or criticize the schizo landwhale foids in the "Man Hate" thread, or say anything positive about Andrew Tate, and count how many seconds it takes before you are permabanned for disagreeing with Null.

Take it from me. I got permabanned from Kiwi Farms because I once called Null a fedora tipper over his reaction to the whole Nick Fuentes "Your Body, My Rights" meme last year.
