in my country the national the national flag is on every government property, every city has at least one street with a flag on every single streetlamp so from the right angle you can see like 50 romanian flags at once
maybe this is what copenhagen is also like, its probably everywhere
but despite all this, you will almost never see people hanging the national flag on their own property or being dressed in it, except for protests where literally everyone does exactly that, regardless of political affiliation
maybe it is because the governments put the flag everywhere that people dont feel the need to put up their own flags, we have different cultural contexts and its not that easy to draw comparisons

They're r-slurred but they are mostly r-slurred about the drop in shoes... the drop being the difference in height between the heel and the front of the shoe(I think they are a little wider too). In running communities a lot of these fricking morons come in and shit the place up telling people to wear these stupid shoes, ignoring the fact that no serious runner wears them. These are people that recently moved on from the five finger shoes because they read some dumb book.

I know a few log distance trail runners, the path is regular running shoes, expensive running shoes, the finger toe things, splay shoes, and then flip flops.

Yeah the ones I know, it consumes their lives. They don't even seem to actually enjoy that much, but it's like all they are anymore so they can't quit. The one I know the best changed his entire diet and lifestyle around it. He not too long kind of broke and said frick it and started with the flip flops stopped tracking everything or doing any specific training. Now he just runs when he feels like it and just enters races on whims, it's seems like the first time he actually enjoys that shit in years.
