I have to go into an M&M board meeting Monday because patient expired 7 years after I treated them. I have to review years of pre and post treatment. I threw venetoclax at them from what I reviewed but now have dozens of doctors going in thinking I fricked up and could have done better. They died with CLL and now I have to defend the most basic treatment option given.

He changed hospitals so no longer one of my patients. I'm meeting with his doctors trying to figure out treatment given post care primarily and second why I did not give adequate treatment in their view.
