[personal drama] got called because a patient 7 years ago expired and now I have to give input

I have to go into an M&M board meeting Monday because patient expired 7 years after I treated them. I have to review years of pre and post treatment. I threw venetoclax at them from what I reviewed but now have dozens of doctors going in thinking I fricked up and could have done better. They died with CLL and now I have to defend the most basic treatment option given.

Probably because I was overworked and he was a boring case of just CLL. I had more interesting cases.
