I have to go into an M&M board meeting Monday because patient expired 7 years after I treated them. I have to review years of pre and post treatment. I threw venetoclax at them from what I reviewed but now have dozens of doctors going in thinking I fricked up and could have done better. They died with CLL and now I have to defend the most basic treatment option given.
