Last year in July-August it was officially acknowledged Russia and Iran build assembly line of those drones in Russia and started using them for the first time in October.

So why do people still act like Iran is importing drones ? Geran-2 is Russian build drone.

Terrible idea. If you're buying anything more expensive than a 3rd hand Honda Fit at this point, then you're making a mistake. Avoid payments, avoid insurance costs, avoid every compilation you can until you're out of school and properly stable financially. That may honestly take way longer than you'd like, but too bad.
