I have a very poor understanding of how [un]attractive I am, mainly because I don't speak with others very often, especially about romance or appearances, but when I do they generally have had good things to say. I don't have a lot of the typical incel traits (not a manlet/chinlet), but those all seem necessary but not sufficient conditions for attractiveness.
