The single good thing that fats may give us is larger airplane seats. For them it will be normal, for the rest of us it will be down right luxurious compared to how they are now.

the airlines would absolutely never make that concession, its much easier to just let this nightmare scenario play out occasionally and give people vouchers for having to put up with it
