Body checking is basically filming yourself in tight clothes or no clothes at all so you can see your figure or your weight loss progress. You don't DO obvious body checking stuff like touching your waist etc, you just kinda stand there and play with your hair or putting on makeup or whatever so you can see your figure and look at it later or to post on the internet to get validation from others.
