He even paid someone money to make a fancy website "exposing the truth" and fabricated a hoax in which he claimed he knew Seth Rich before he was killed and that he had super secret proof that Hillary Clinton killed him, but he couldn't (conveniently) release it unless he physically went to the U.S. and didn't get arrested. To this day, he hasn't released this secret evidence that apparently implicates a U.S. presidential candidate with murder. Huh. He then threatened the poor parents of Seth Rich, who he mentally tortured by lying about their son's death, with legal action, after they made some comments.
