Back in the day, when my area got its first ever chick fil a, I was kind of more sucked into all the leftoidery crap, and I made a bit of a big stink about CFA being built in the area, so much so that my sister told me to let it go… :marseycringe:

Anyway, that was just young me having a bit of a surly wingcuck moment cause of how immature and silly I was. Thankfully, once we had it for the first time, I was hooked - and never stopped getting it ever since! :marseychicken:

…and, ironically, now it's my sister who refuses to go there, as she's a pretty progressive lady who goes to college and…well, you can put 1 and 2 together now, yeah? :chadleftoid:

…still, she doesn't mind buying food from there for the rest of us to eat (and maybe snag a fry or two while doing so). Matter of fact, I had a cool wrap from there on Saturday, with a mix of that avocado lime ranch and creamy salsa dressing! It's mighty fine and yummy! :marseyokay:

The Popeye's near me always had a hugeass line when I tried to go there, so this might be true. But frfr I'm not waiting half an hour in a drive through for fast food

There is this strip club in Portland called "Acropolis" - decent strip club with a trashy Greek vibe. I've been a few times.

They have around 100 beers on tap and offer a range of cuts of steak (don't worry, they have a salad bar too). I was talking to one of the dancers and she says the owner also has a ranch. Im assuming they are small time and supply some beef for an ag exemption.

Anyway, it's my friends bachelor party. We order steaks. We eat our steaks at the main stage (encouraged). New dancer comes out. She sprays the stage with 409 and nails my friend's steak with a direct hit. We laugh, the stripper is unaware.

My friend complains to the bartender. Baetender says (without looking) "Was it a blond chick with a tattoo of something or other?" He replies in the affirmative. She rolls her eyes, says "Again?!" and apologizes. He gets a new steak. I'll return on my next visit to Portland.

As long as the area is zoned for commercial activity, I should be able to open a Chick-Fil-A or a payday loan or a Home Depot or whatever in the same location.
