I was reminded on this relatively recently when i was actually considering voting left in my local district this year. The democrat candidate actually seemed pretty reasonable. Cares about border security and admits Kamala has failed there, emphasis on working with both parties, just very middle ground. Then i saw a TV ad where she was attacking the republican on his "white supremacy" beliefs, and i was like.. oh right, thats why its frick the left always for me.

Wild considering pollsters have underrated republicans in recent elections

I have to make a trip for work out of state this week so I'll vote there too. It's not a swing state unfortunately so it won't be as impactful, but it helps me rehearse character.
