Your argument is totally true if you use gender as the way in which you view the concepts of man and woman. However before 2010 practically nobody did this and to this day most people still view these concepts through the lens of s*x, and not only is this by far the most sensible way to view it (the only 2 times that you need to know if someone is a man or a woman is for fricking or for medicine, and both of those are only about s*x and not gender) but it's also the way people have been viewing it for thousands of years and will remain to do so for some time (until the propaganda breaks through).

The Incas were a very late group, the empire began expanding in the 15th century, and Cuzco was founded around the 13th century. They developed wheels as toys but I don’t know if the pre incaic cultures had wheeled toys.

Curiously, the Incas(?) used wheels literally only on children's cart toys and nothing else
