Basically this guy is driving on a road, three lane type. Guy behind him in a shitty car almost rear ends him. He assumes its just a bad driver, doesn't cause much a fuss and tries turning to the middle lane since he's in a turn lane, car behind him does too and blocks him in, tries turning into his lane since this guy gives some buffer space for the car right infront of him. Shitty car doesn't have the space to turn but still tries, now our guy is stuck in between this car and a barrier and the shitty car is honking and yelling.

The shitty driver then gets out and gets infront of his car trying to act tough, our guy reaches for his concealed carry and determines that if tard tries to open his door he's venting him through the window.

The guys girlfriend has a moment and yells

and the shitty driver freaks out and runs back to his car and says something to passenger and dives for the back

Chad thinks that they're just trying to get away, got spooked and decided to maybe leave. Probably can't just blast them right then and there since many states are pissy about that sort of thing.

The passenger pulls out a revolver from the glovebox and tries sweeping it to them

Chad thinks it was a headshot but it was really a hit to the collar. The shot passenger had his hands on the trigger and when he got shot he ended up pulling the gun around and shot the driver in his sugar plum

Chad checks for the other guy in the back window, sees a silhouette holding something, fires two rounds through. Both hit the guy in his right arm, and the r-slur driver ended up recoiling, bringing his gun to his right arm and firing point blank, literally the emoji

Chad then drives behind the car and to its side to get out of being as cornered since others got out of the way.

The driver survived, gets out through the back passenger door and starts running through the lanes of traffic and he was probably a since a ton of fast food bags and containers start falling out.

Our guy continues driving and goes into a bank parking lot and he sees some 30 "underprivileged" people start swarming the shitty car and all that stuff that fell out just disappears like ants with candy. A couple normal guys start putting pressure on the shitty (and now shot) driver since he was wearing a white shirt and blood was on it.

Jacksonville Police started appearing and the Chad put the gun in his cupholder and stepped out with his hands up since the two PO had guns out ( @HailVictory1776 police mentioned)

they holstered and went back to the scene since he wasn't a threat.

he calls his dad and at this point talks a little bit about how there's a difference between the ROE here in the US vs overseas when he was in the military. Chad's dad, who was a retired police veteran, tells him to not say anything, he's gonna call a lawyer.

Now's the time to ping chuds ,

they got handcuffed and taken to interview rooms, it's like 3pm and the shooting was at 11am.

The girlfriend's room was near the room where the detective and state attorney were and was able to hear some of the conversation.

The detective determined it was a self defense situation, considering the two people shot being armed, their car looking like it was trying to trap in their car and from testimonies.

The assistant state attorney said that he was "a white guy, who just shot two BLACK guys, in the wrong side of town" and that he was gonna move forward with the case against them.

He doesn't say anything, he knows that you NEED to wait due to critical stress amnesia. So he doesn't say anything, requests and attorney.

At 1am, some 12 hours later he gets transported to the jail and charged with two counts of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. This was at the discretion of the detective since he knew what was going on, he knew what was going on at that time and wished him luck.

He spent a week in jail, had his bond set at $200,000. The attorneys his dad hired had a bond reduction hearing and got it to $20,000 cash bond. He was confined to the military base and had to call every Tuesday to find out the court date.

They pushed the date back for six months before FINALLY he gets a call telling him the state is dropping the charges.

The first state attorney who wanted to push was doing that, then passed it off to another attorney. Then it got passed to a marine reservist who got deployed and couldn't do anything. Then it got handed to a third guy who dropped everything immediately after reading the summary.

He got a letter of innocence and had to go through getting his guns back, having to remember his serial numbers and getting his car out of the impound.
