They aren't sure what they are; if they are a woman or gender fluid or nonbinary. Either way they feel like a woman more than feeling like a man or anything in between. I know how distressing it is for them and I really emphasize with them. The problem is when I say something about what women go through, like say, sexual assault; they say men go through it too.
I don't know how to articulate just how it is for women. I want them to know what it is to be a woman since they seem to aline more with being a woman than anything else. And I know with being trans they are exposed to a whole new kind of discrimination on top of being a woman.
I just don't know how to address them about it. I feel really unheard when I say being a woman can be scary. That a man can decide violence if I reject them. That a man decided I don't have a right to safe abortion even in life threatening circumstances.
They really are not misogynistic and have never objectified me. They do chores and help me out with a lot of traditionally women roles in the household. They are kind and gentle with me, never laid a hand on me, and honestly treats me really well. I just wish I could help them understand better what it is like being a woman.

Most violent crime is committed by men? Interesting, probably true. But if they are making such demographic generalizations, I wonder if they are willing to look into what group of men?

Fun fact, there is only one demographic overlay in one single country on the entire planet where women of any kind commit more crime than men of any kind.

!biofoids when's the last time you were around a man who would not be able to physically overpower you if he wanted to? Besides disabled and elderly men, I don't think I'd stand a chance against any random guy off the street.

I could kick the butt of a 3rd grader and an out of shape dude in a wheelchair no problem, but that's it. Men are bigger and stronger and they often feel entitled to our attention, which is scary.
Men also don't have nor do they understand this fear. Like women have to be hyper alert because moids commit 99% of violent crimes and are also ridiculously stronger than women. They don't understand what it's like to live in a world where half of the population could easily murder you with pure brute force if they wanted to.

One of the reasons we're skeptical about this is that women have a very broad definition of being entitled to someone's attention, especially in the era where social media warps people's brains. Add in women's neurotic habit of dreaming up bad things that could happen, we're even more skeptical.
We also live in a world where criminals not only try to get the drop on their victims, many of them are armed. We're all in danger, but women want to act like this only happens to them. They also tend to refuse to arm themselves or do anything proactive to keep themselves safe, which makes us doubt their claims at best, and feel contempt for them when they're victimized at worst, since being able to make a play for sympathy seems more important to them than not being r*ped or murdered.
Basically, men get angry because we also have to deal with this, but women tend to be so self-absorbed they never notice it, since we don't demand sympathy for carrying out basic adult responsibilities. We also hate the childish thinking that says, "Somebody somewhere needs to stop bad things from happening, so I'll do risky things anyways because people aren't allowed to do bad things!"

yeah it doesn't work for /r/GuyCry either. It said "I don't date men who were raised as men and had male experiences." Basically saying they don't date s but in another way.
