1. Good lord man you are obsessed. Checks ops post history, all he posts about is how star citizen is terrible lmao. What kind of smear campaign are you running here? Go on drop the figure, how much money did you donate in the first place to be THIS obsessed about bad mouthing it?
2. Say it with me: You aren’t forced to spend hundreds of dollars for the best ship. The cheapest to play the game is $35-45. You can earn the most expensive $$$ currently flyable ship in game. There are multiple game loops, cargo hauling, bounty hunting, mining, and being a criminal. Plus other side missions. The devs are the most transparent about their progress than any other game studio with 3 videos a week highlighting their progress. Players are physically FORCED to check a box before buying a ship stating “you are backing an unfinished alpha game” just because a $2000 ship exists doesn’t mean you are forced at gun point to buy it. There is no trickery, support the game or not, in the end it’s the players fault if they feel scammed. Especially with the copious amount of gameplay / let’s play videos out there, judge it for yourself.
3. Star Citizen is a scam. Plain and simple.
4. I told people YEARS ago that this "game" was a scam and would never see a proper release. People got big mad at me. Apparently I was the idiot and didn't know what I was talking about. lmao.

Isn't Star Citizen being developed by the same guy who did Freelancer? I remember he had massive plans for that game, but the studio at the time Digital Anvil told him to get the project out or BTFO. From my own research it seems the guy tends to get really caught up on making the "Perfect" Space game only to get sidetracked on minute details. Seems like this is what's been going on with Star Citizen for years now.

Not only that, Star Citizen was initially billed as the “real” version of Freelancer he didn’t get to make.

Why initially? It still is. He was forced to finish Freelancer turning into one of the all-time greats, but if people had accepted his creative vision it could still be vaporware in the current year.
