Was it just a translation of a different mod into Russian? Besides the standard vatnik behaviour, Russians actually did a very good translation of Morrowind back in the day. They tried to adhere to the linguistic principles of the cultures that inspired the Elder Scrolls races. As such, Cyrodiil was translated as Keerodiil, following proper Latin rules. A shame that just as everything Russian, the further their vidya translations got into the 21st century, the worse they would get.
