Spending as much on your MB as on your CPU is
- either get a cheaper MB or a better CPU
DDR5 is not a bad choice but your CPU is a bit too slow to utilize it and you can't really upgrade that Intel platform
Get a better SSD, one that's not QLC and has a DRam cache
AMD is the king in 200-400 GPU price range ATM, Intel is a buggy mess that doesn't work well with older games especially
Rest is fine I guess
