why would anyone buy it?
it doesn't look like they did anything fundamentally different from payday 2, and payday 2 already has a literal decade of DLC content that goes on sale for dirt cheap. i feel like if they had leaned more into the slower paced planning/tactical aspect and made it less of an arcade shooter they would have had more success, since hardcore FPS games are in vogue right now. but as far as i can see what they released is payday 2 with less stuff to do.
