Becouse its so amazingly bland and booring. Its 6/10 or 7/10 game. Its functions. But there is nothing remarkable other then being really gay. But its not over the top gayness. Just high background gayness thats there whole time.

Yeah Inquisition was very lucky that it released in 2014 which was probably the weakest year for releases in the entire decade and it didn't really have any direct competitors. The GOTY it received was more based on it being the only RPG released that year more so than merit.

ME3 is so ridiculously uneven. It had some great moments but also the dumbest shit ever, and then fell completely flat on its face at the very end.
Also it's incredible that they decided to lock the Javik character behind DLC, considering how he's without doubt one of the most interesting parts of the game.
