My thoughts on the first 9 minutes are above. The remaining 5 minutes are more of the same. It is 14 minutes of two random people talking about their week and Concord and occasionally scrolling a single Kotaku article that in no way blames anyone for the game failing and they sometimes read a line from it and put on a mocking voice saying something else entirely and pretend the journoid said an entirely unrelated string of words.
That is all it is for a quarter of an hour. KiAcels are celebrating the video and it apparently is something one of them "can't stop laughing" about.
I am very cross and pinning the thread so maybe someone else will waste an enormous amount of their own time being disappointed too.

PS+ is a service like Gamepass, except you need it to play multiplayer on PlayStation so everyone has it. It's free on PS+ and I'm guessing it's on Gamepass too
