Honestly, the tedious story complaints should be a distant footnote compared to the atrocious fricking PC optimization.

Yeah im sure the cute twinks at crackwatch and /v/ aren't just making shit up for the thousandth time. They said the same thing about DD2 and it was a load of shit. RE8 was the only time it was a thing and that caused massive obvious stutters.
REengine just doesnt handle hubs with lots of npcs well.
