I've meet a couple, and it crazy because all you have to do is not click the fake download button, and even if you do it's pretty easy to delete malware. One was even into digital art, like how can you do digital art but yet not know how to manage downloads and files on the internet
If you are under the age of 50 and don't understand how to not get viruses it's over for you. I swear they are like the young equivalent of boomers who think you need an anti-virus for a computer to function.

I don't emulate old games because it takes like 10 minutes to DL the emulator, BIOS and roms, and I've usually satisfied my nostalgia for a game after playing it for 10 minutes and then I'm bored. The time spent setting up the emulator feels kind of wasted after that.

It's maybe once a year I get the urge to play an old game, and usually it's a game from a different system each time
Then every few years I reformat and don't bother holding on to the emulators (that likely have new versions available anyways)

You set up emudeck and download every retro game in existence. Then you open games at random whenever you're drunk.
