I like cinematic games, so heck yeah I want to play MGS4. I do some research and discover, to my dismay, that the title is only available on the PS3 and there are no ports available. Drats! I skipped the PS3 era and got by with my PS Vita.
So I pirate a whole PS3 and run it on my Steam Deck. I download MGS4, go through all that bullshit, and finally get it running. However, I can't get past the first few minutes. I do some research and discover the game is notoriously bad when running on an emulator and it's considered unplayable. Drats!
So how the frick do I play this game?

Run it on a real PC, or just buy a PS3 from a pawn shop for cheap. Looking on Ebay I found that you can get the disc and console together for under $150. Maybe this isn't possible in SA, so you could wait a couple of years for the MGS collection volume 2 to release.
Or you could just watch it on YouTube as it is a cinematic game.

My hope is that after MGS3 they'll remake MGS4 as well and bring it to PC. This is the reason to hate consoles and their dumb culture of "console exclusives"

Dont fret, that culture is dead now.

Watch it on YouTube and play MGSV for 10 minutes whenever the scene cuts

Buy a PS3, mod it, and run an iso. I did this not that long ago and it was fun and not hard to do at all.
