Most of them will, or at least enough will to make it clear that the "detrans is extremely rare and should not be used to question someone's identity" is a lie. Going to college, entering the workforce, entering into long-term relationships that can lead to parenthood - these are the sorts of social disruptions that can be leveraged to make these sorts of changes even by extremely online people. Most transtrenders aren't on HRT or getting mastectomies or whatever so the costs of switching back are not that high.

Whilst there are a lot of factors keeping them on the tracks, there are ways to de-rail a locomotive. I've seen more than one ftm or enby just give up on all that shit and either re-become women or swap to a do-nothing surgey & hormone free form of non-binary once they met a dude they liked. Changing schools or jobs, or moving can cause this shift as well. I choose to hope that in a decade or so the only people stuck riding this train will be the folks that were inevitably going to be some flavour of insufferable, and if those folks castrate themselves I really don't care.
